Stars At Night -by LokIsaac

We listened to the radio a lot while driving about in Europe and heard like two or three songs over and over again: "Gangham Style", "Whistle" by Flo Rider, and "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz. Merrik particularly liked the later two songs so we all took to singing them in the car. Naturally I got them stuck in my head but for some strange reason I didn't get "I wanna throw my hands into the air sometimes/singing AYO! Gotta let go!" but instead "I wanna throw my hands into the air sometimes/singing AYO! I'm Galileo!". So we decided this must be made into a parody. We've been working most of tonight doing just that. We are hoping that our immensely talented Lydia will produce it for us. Well here are our lyrics:

Here is the original to listen to in the background:

"Stars at Night"

I throw my hands up in the air sometimes,
Saying AYO! It's Galileo!
I wanna celebrate and live his life,
Saying AYO! I'm Galileo!

I took a stance, stance, stance, stance
against the pope, and I got banned, banned, banned, banned
do my calculations by hand, hand, hand, hand
give me some space for my diagrams, grams, grams, grams

Ye, ye

The stars go on and on and on.......
And they go on and on and on......

Yeah!

I throw my hands up in the air sometimes,
Saying AYO! It's Galileo!
I wanna celebrate and live his life,
Saying AYO! I'm Galileo!

'Cause we gon' show the world,
We go round the sun,
We gon’ light it up,
Like the stars at night!
'Cause I told you once,
Now I told you twice,
We gon’ light it up,
Like the stars at night!

I came to prove, prove, prove, prove,
experiment, to show it's true, true, true, true
I wrote a book to share my world view, view, view, view
"Two New Sciences" will breakthrough, through, through, through

Ye, ye

The stars go on and on and on.......
And they go on and on and on......

Yeah!

I throw my hands up in the air sometimes,
Saying AYO! It's Galileo!
I wanna celebrate and live his life,
Saying AYO! I'm Galileo!

'Cause we gon' show the world,
We go round the sun,
We gon’ light it up,
Like the stars at night!
'Cause I told you once,
Now I told you twice,
We gon’ light it up,
Like the stars at night!

I wanna see it all, that,
That's what my telescopes are built for.
I may die but still, I,
I'll be remembered for my understanding
Cause I, I, I.. need to see it,
And I, I, I .. I just want to know.....
I just want to know.....
I’m gonna put my hands in the air!
Hands, hands in the air!
Put your hands in the air!

I throw my hands up in the air sometimes,
Saying AYO! It's Galileo!
I wanna celebrate and live his life,
Saying AYO! I'm Galileo!

'Cause we gon' show the world,
We go round the sun,
We gon’ light it up,
Like the stars at night!
'Cause I told you once,
Now I told you twice,
We gon’ light it up,
Like the stars at night!

French Repercussions

I eat breakfast everyday, which is more than I used to, but for some reason I am still hungry. Not right after breakfast but within in a hour or two I feel famished, like I haven't eaten in a full day. This is very peculiar because I used to get by fine with only eating lunch. So why the sudden change now that I am being good and eating breakfast? Was it because I was eating breakfast? For science I didn't eat breakfast one day and it was SO much worse.... so what could it be?

It is almost like my body was expecting more food at that time or earlier... then it hit me. FRANCE! In France we were always served a very large amount of bread each and every morning. So now I am so used to these huge breakfasts that I am hungry until I eat lunch unless I eat lunch early in which case I am hungry in the afternoon to.

Oh, France, you've made me starve by feeding me so much food.
